X-Range 2019 Chardonnay

One barrel was reserved from the famed 2019 Hunter Valley vintage with the intention of creating a super premium wine that allows Daniel to explore a different side of winemaking.

After being cellared for 3 years this wine has been released within a perfect drinking window. This single vineyard Hunter Valley Chardonnay is golden straw in colour with aromas of nectarine, white peach and balanced with rich French oak. Light melon, yellow peach and citrus flavours are balanced with subtle oak that lengthens the palate, brought together by a caressing, creamy texture. This wine is extremely limited in production and is designed to pay homage to super premium Chardonnay of years gone by.

Enjoy with roast pork, duck fat potatoes and crisp green beans.
